I am attempting to generate a workflow which would update a field of "Employee ID" within a ticket. On accessing the workflow field update setting, there was no option for Employee ID. Is this a configuration issue or is this not supported?
Request clarification before answering.

So we have Reported by ID; Partner ID; End Customer ID; Agent ID; Service Technician Team ID available in the Workflow Edit Field List.
I want to have the ability to "Clear" the Employee ID field on action SAVE.

Hi Andrew,
Employee ID is determined based on the Employee support- Ticket involved party determination in the system. You can not use workflow to update employee ID.
