Within SAP C4C, our USER ID has been have mapped to our inbound CDSID (Corporate Directory System ID) which is our Login username i.e. JSMITH21. Mapped between SuccessFactors and using CPI.
When we come to Employee records we cannot search for a Employees CDSID (User ID).
Is there a way to expose User ID i.e. make it an indexed field that is searchable?
