Hello,
I have a requirement for accessibility of Ticket / Ticket History on C4C, wherein we have for example, User A and User B as contacts for a Client X. If User A created a ticket, I would like for User B to have access to this ticket as well, and vice versa, since both User A and User B are contacts of the same Client X.
I have looked at the 'Involved Parties' section of the Ticket and have confirmed that the role has been set correctly to implement the above requirement. However, User B is unable to access the tickets created by User A and vice versa.
Please note, the C4C system has been integrated with the Fiori app.
Would appreciate any help in this regard.

In which filter user B is not able to view the ticket? Ideally, user B should be able to view tickets in the "All tickets" or "My Team tickets" filter if you have set up the access rights properly. You can refer to the blog https://blogs.sap.com/2015/07/30/access-control-management-access-restrictions-explained-restriction... to understand how the access rights work in C4C.
Also, please go to Administrator-> General Settings -> Select "Check User's Authorization" and check why user B is not able to view the ticket, this log will give you more insights.
