Hello, we have recently got access to our Cloud 4 Customer tenant. In the resources we found online for the initial setup, the Implementation Project is supposed to be in the "Started" phase.
In our case, the Implementation Project(the only available) named "First Implementation" is in the "In Preparation" stage and we are not sure on how to proceed with that. Our first objective after the setup is to populate some information (like caller contact cards containing call information) into C4C via the tenant which can then be accessed via the OData APIs.
Some help is required for us to achieve this, and it will be highly appreciated. A screenshot of the current state of our C4C is attached for reference
