SAP C4C survey questions in Spanish language

Dear Community,

I have created Survey questions and answers in ES language by log in to ES, but when my e-mail is triggering after I closed the ticket and then if I click survey Q & A url link which I got to my mail, the Q&A's are showing still in English.

Please let me know if I miss anything?

Also I'm trying to locate this document but couldn't find it.

As I mentioned clearly in my question that, I have already translated 'survey q&a' in Spanish language with login language as Spanish, now again by log in into Spanish language I have created ticket and after some activities done in the ticket finally I have closed the ticket. (once my ticket status is "closed" then I should get this satisfaction survey with URL as link).

Since all workflow rules in place I got a mail to fill the survey q&a.

Now when I open URL and see the Q&A are in English but the expected Q&A are in language Spanish, so would like to understand what went wrong?

Hi Chandra,

The system works as expected. This is the designed behavior of the system You have to maintain the texts and answers options also in another language if you want to see survey texts/results.

Can you read my question once again please?

I have already maintained survey Q&A in language ES(Spanish), but when I open URL whatever I received in mail, it directs to Q&A in english, this is wrong system behavior.
