We have done the set up for incoming and outgoing e-mail in C4C for the Ticket scenario.
We are experiencing an issue where e-mails that are sent to a certain domain/e-mail address bounces. To resolve this, I advised the client to whitelist the e-mail address, and this should resolve the DEAMON e-mail message.
The client is asking me if I know what the C4C Server details are.
Where can I the C4C SMTP server details?
