Accounts coming from S4 is having sales support block and is replicated to c4c, now when contact belonging to this account send a email to c4c email is rejected with error message saying customer has a sales support block.
And also system does not allows to send from existing tickets belonging to this account..
please suggest if there is any config or fine tuning setting to change this behaviour or can we use PDI/SDK to change this behaviour.

Account can have Block on the Sales Area level, meaning that such accounts cannot be used in any transactions. In case of integration with external systems , such blocks are replicated to C4C as well so that those are also not used in C4C.
With the curretn system behavior ,this cannot be changed
