Hi there Experts
We have a requirement that Notes entered on a C4C Service Ticket should be visible for certain Roles only.
Is there any functionality in C4C that can fulfill this requirement?

Hello Mark,
If you have different business role for the users, you can hide the notes of tickets in a specific page layout and assign the pagelayout to the business roles, which should not see the notes.

Hello Mark,
1.Go to Administrator woc->General Setting->Business Role ->select Business Role->Edit->Go to Fields and Action facet.
2. Under 'Business Field Restriction', click on add row and open value help .
3.Here, you can see for Business Context as "Ticket" there is no 'UI Text' as "Note" available.
=>This indicate as per standard, base on business role you can not restrict adding note in ticket.

Apologies for my VERY DELAYED response.
I think this might work if all Roles don't need to have to add "Notes". It might be an issue if they want/have to add notes.
I will put your suggestion forward as a proposed solution though.
