Hi!
I have found that the images that are in incoming mail's body cannot be seen in C4C. In unassociated mails or service request's interactions. There is no problem with attachments.
Checked mime configuration in fine-tuning. But it seems everything is ok.
Is this standard behavior? And can it be changed to make the images in mail's body visible in SAP C4C? In associated mails and in service request's interactions.

Hi Andrey,
If you are using HTML5 UI, Inline images will not be displayed in Ticket interactions, however if you click on Interaction`s View Message details which opens the actual e-mail and under Attachments you can see the images mentioned in the e-mail.
However, if you are using RUI/Fiori client you can see inline images under ticket interaction.
