I am wanting to send a survey through a marketing campaign. Is there a way to do this?

I have a survey that works successfully for customer satisfaction going through a workflow when a service ticket is completed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Edna,

This is possible. You will have to embed the survey placeholder inside an Email template and use it in Campaign.
