SAP C4C send a test email failed

Hello

I have a problem.I want to send an email by workflow in sap c4c.When i used the "Send Test E-mail" funciton,it said the email sended successfully,but i can't find the test email in my inbox.

So i want to know the reason,please help me!

Hi yanzhanghong666,

You might have configured a default receiver in the Email and Fax settings. If a default receiver is maintained all mails will be routed to the receiver.

You can check that from the Email and Fax settings

1. Search forE-Mail and Fax Settingsactivity.
2. Click onE-Mail and Fax Settingsand again E-Mail and Fax Settings hyperlink.
3. Under E-Mail and Fax Delivery in a Non-Productive System, send all e-mail to this address will be chosen.
4. Maintain missing recipient address on which you want to test the scenarios.

I checked the configuration.when i tested this function,i select the "Send all e-mails to business partner",not "Send all e-mails to this address"

I also tried to select the "Send all e-mails to this address" option,entered my e-mail address in the blank and used the test function again.I can't find the e-mail,either

Hi yanzhanghong666 ,

send test email to your personal email and if it is working then you have to contact your IT team as the mail to your organizational mail box could have been blocked in your mail server and if it is not working, then report an incident to SAP support.

Please check if mass email functionality is activated for your tenant , this can also impact , if you have not configured.
