SAP C4C Search terms and boolean logic

When using SAP C4C and conducting either standard or advanced search, does anyone know of the boolean logic, wildcards and use of 'Contains pattern' when looking through Service Tickets?

So when users attempt to search for tickets I need to clarify how they can do this using search syntax i.e.

AND, NOT, OR
Quotes
Wildcards
Character sets
Pattern Match/Contains Pattern
Greater, Less Than

But I cannot find a definitive guide on the logic that can be used.
