We have several people who create opportunities for accounts.
When the owner of the opportunity is changed, the employee responsible for the opportunity is changed, replacing the employee responsible for the account. This means that the employee responsible for the territory of the account does not know the opportunity exists as reports do not show the opportunity.
Is there any way this can be changed apart from manually adding the account employee responsible to the opportunity as a sales employee?

Hi Edna,
The owner and the employee responsible for the opportunity is the same person. Make sure the the opportunity is also assigned to the right territory if the employee responsible for the territory can then use the standard query: Opportunity of My Territories. They will always see the opportunities for the customers they are responsible for, despite of the colleagues that have created the individual opportunities.
