SAP C4C Respect Visiting Hours

Hello Community

I have configured visiting hours for an account. However, when I create a visit for that account it does not automatically drag the visiting hours as the default option.

Is there a way to configure the visits, so that when you create a new one it sets the default date and time according to the visiting hours established for the account/customer?

Hi,

Currently, the system automatically takes the user current timestamp while creating visits from UI. if you want to use "Visiting hours" as the default then I would recommend to go for enhancement via PDI(On create only) and default the Start and end time of visit based on account's visiting hour.
