SAP C4C Recurrence Visits

I want in C4C to generate automatically multiple visits.

I already have established the visit-frequency in the customer/account.

When I create a Route, when I am assigning the visits I do not get the Recurrence checkbox, so when I add the visit and click on "generate visits" it only generates the visit once, even though the End Date of the route was established to last one month and the visit frequency is every two days.

How can I add the Recurrence so all the visits are generated until the Route ends?

Hello Keshav,

I am sorry, I do get the show advanced filter button.

I enter personalisation and adaptation mode but I can not find the section of the advanced filter button to add the Recurrence CheckBox.

I hover the mouse over the area but I get no results. Could this be due to a lack of permissions?

Because I can not edit the fields in this area:

It allows me to edit the area from routes, not from Advanced Filter.

This is pretty old Thread, please check if its still need, But also I feel its still will be useful for someone. Its bit tricky but a simple trick. Drafted the steps below

1. On adaptation mode, Click on Add button on Overview of Route, open the advanced filed and Right click on your mouse to get the relevant option in adaptation mode.

2. you will get option like below.

Below are the regular process.

3. Click and open "Section" on adaptation overview.

4. Scroll down on the field list to see "Add Recurrence"

5. Make sure the check boxes are set as below(this is regular process) and end the adaptation.

Result :

Hope this helps.

Hi Bruno.

Did you try on it below

  1. Go to the Visits work center.
  2. Go to the Routes view.
  3. Open a Route.
  4. In the Overview, facet click on Add.
  5. Click on Show Advanced Filter.
  6. Click on Personalise and Start Personalisation or Adapt and Edit Master Layout.
  7. Hover the mouse over Accounts Advanced Filters fields until the icons are shown and click on Add Items > Add Field and select the field Visit Between.
  8. Click on Apply.
  9. Click on Personalise and End Personalisation or Adapt and End Layout Changes.
  10. Enter the required time frame in the fields Visit Between.
  11. Tick the box Add Recurrence.
  12. Click Go.
  13. Find the required Account and click Add

Hello Keshav,

Thanks a lot for taking a look at my issue.

The problem is I can not see the "Show Advance Filter" button when I am adding a new visit.

For me to see it, do I need to change something in the personalisation or adaptation mode?
