SAP C4C Outlook 365 Server side integration - Mail box does not exist

Good day Experts

We doing a server side outlook integration with Outlook 365 and getting the error below. Have any of you experienced the error below and maybe offer some guidance on how to resolve it please?

Users was not migrated to from outlook to 365.
