SAP C4C Mobile App Offline Mode

Hi All,

I cannot able to go offline mode due to the new update release (2202). How do I update the C4C app to newer version to work in offline mode??

Error: App version is older than the server version??

Hi Riyu,

The new versions of the app are always released alongside the upgrade of Production tenants. That means that during the period between the Test Upgrade and Production upgrade you may have a mismatching of app versions and will not be able to get the new version from the app store to use in Test tenants, for example.

If you need to test the new apps before their official release with Prod upgrade you can contact SAP Support and they will instruct you.

you can uninstall and install the app again.
