Hello Everyone,
What I see as a behaviour in our system is that sales quotes cannot be set to LOST (using actions) until not approved - the button "Set as Lost" stays disabled / grayed out until then.
I cannot remember, but has this been the default behavior of C4C since forever ? if not, then is there a way to alter it ?
Thank you,
Mirza.

If there is an active approval process in the system , once the quote is submitted, no further actions can be taken untill approval process is complete.

Hello Prasanth,
I think I could not clarify myself. In our environment, the quotation button "SET AS LOST" is not enabled unless the quotation is not approved. While I believe this button was available and enabled even before the quotation was submitted for approval - is this normal behavior ?
Haseeb.
@ ccd in the TI of the sales quote , Only after the quote has been submitted the system will enable the action "Set as Lost".
If the The quote has not been submitted to the customer, then you cannot set it as lost
The submission will update the status "Progress" to "In Process", enabling the action.
Similarly , if you are trying to do it from the OWL, The action "Set as Lost" in Quote OWL is only enabled for quotes with progress "Pending".
More details on the exact reasons , can be provided with more details of the sales quote, or if an incident is created to Support Team.
