SAP C4C Login Language Configuration

Hi All,

I have checked Language Allowed for some of the languages in the Additional Communication Languages. But could not able to see those languages in the Logon screen. Any other configuration or scoping has to be done??

Hi ichu1234,

You have to add the respective scoping Question. crosscheck the required language is marked in the scoping question or not?

Mark the required language in scoping Questions and the Path is as below :

Built-in Services and Support - Business Environment - Addresses and Languages .
