Not able to create service ticket from live activity as data is not automatically fetch in form
At my client ends, some of the users are facing this issue:
1. when call popsup as inbound call, customer receives the call and click on create new ticket
2. In valid case data should be auto filled, but form is empty and user is getting error.
Copying document not possible; reference document does not exist.

Hi Komal,
Please check if the respective user has access to that customer record. Access Restrictions may be one of the main reasons.
