Hello All
within the scenario planned, there is a need to integrate one SAP Cloud for Customer tenant with multiple ERP clients and/or systems.
Testing this scenario (in C4C only) I was able to create two outbound messages to two different ERP clients by maintaining the two instances into one communication system. Hence it seems that one customer created in C4C can be sent to multiple ERP clients.
What confuses me is that in 1502 there is a SDK-enabled BADI for recipient determination in the C4C outbound service. The documentation for it mentions that “Sending one object instance to several systems is not supported”.
Anybody knows to which scenario this is related as it appears that when maintaining multiple instances in one communication system, multiple outbound messages are created. Does the statement fits in a scenario with multiple ERP systems, each of them split into multiple communication systems in C4C and hence an object can only be sent to one communication system however can be sent to all instances within this communication system?
Also, in case the different ERP clients do have duplicates would it work to have a SAP MDG system on the top which integrated with SAP Cloud for Customer? Could the integration ERP content be reused?
Many thanks for your answers.
Best regards,
Olivier
