i am trying to restrict users to access "individual customers" view based on territory
but each time all individual customers shows
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
Check if the other Individual customers who does not belong to the logged in User's territory are assigned to any territory. If the Individual customers are homeless , they will be displayed to all the users.
Also it might also be due to Access forwarding, i.e, if the logged in user is the "Last Changed by" of the Individual customer, then he/she will have access to the customer irrespective of the Access restriction.
You can check how the user has access to a specific BO from the Administrator WC=> General settings => Users =>
Check User's Authorization.
I guess the view has everything self explanatory. You will have to enter the
Business User: Technical ID of the User
Business Object ID: BP ID of the customer for which the user is not supposed to have the access.
Business Object Type: 147 - Business Partner
