Dear all,
I need to configure bounces in order to identify soft and hard bounces.
In the activity fine tuning, "Enhanced Campaign Execution", I can configure how to detect soft bounces.
1- How does it work?
2- I must define keywords for every language!? What if I execute worldwide marketing campaign? Where can I see the reason of a soft or hard bounce?
3- In case of soft bounce, does the system automatically tries to send the email again?

You cannot monitor outbound emails under WSMM. Bounce back emails are anyways displayed within the ticket interactions. More details on outbound emails can be seen under Activities->E-mails.
