SAP C4C Hide specific rejection reasons in sales quote

Hello everyone,

is it possible to hide speficic rejection reasons in sales quotes? The reason being, we have integrated SAP ERP with SAP C4C and the customer has created new rejection reasons in SAP ERP. So for the integration we would need to both the old and the new rejection reasons in C4C, but in the sales quote work centere only the new ones shoud be visible.

Hello Danijel,

you could create a Code List Restriction for this field.

Go to Administration=>General Settings=>Code List Restriction and create a restriction for the reasons.

Hi Peter,

thank you very much for you answer. Just one more question, just to see if I understand this correctly, since the fields need to hidden for all users and in every situation I don't need to enter a Business Role and a Business Field, correct?

yes this is correct you don't need to enter a Business Role or a Business Field.
