Hi Everyone,
Hi Experts,
We are using SAP C4C standard report “Lead by Status” and sending it to users/clients via Business Analytics → Broadcasting (Bursting).
When the report is sent (HTML/PDF), the email body always contains a standard header section, for example:
Sent At
Data Based on User
Access Context Code
Selection / Filter details (Status, etc.)
(Refer attached screenshot)
We want to send this report to business users / external clients, but this system-generated information is not required and looks unnecessary from a client communication perspective.
Is it possible to hide or remove this header section when a report is sent via Broadcasting/Bursting?
Is there any configuration option available in:
Report Design
Broadcasting settings
UI Adaptation
SDK / KUT
Or is this a standard SAP behavior for broadcasted reports that cannot be changed?
We are currently using:
Standard report: Lead by Status
Delivery method: Broadcasting / Bursting
Format: HTML / PDF
If this is a limitation, please confirm and suggest any recommended workaround.
Thanks in advance for your guidance.
Regards,
Pradum

Hello,
With regards to the broadcasts and reports i have made so far
Is it possible to hide or remove this header section when a report is sent via Broadcasting/Bursting? No this is not possible. I must say that in yours it looks quite 'big' i am currently sending out an internal one in MS Excel format and that header looks less overwehlming
Is there any configuration option available in:
Report Design : When you create your own report, you can of cours do a more precise naming of the report and maybe rename some of the report naming. In the standard report you cannot
Broadcasting settings : I checked the adaptation to find out if there are still some features missing, but what you see is what you get.
UI Adaptation : You define your report views in the report so there you can make it more appealing. See chapter 7 of the enclosed guide as there are graphical limitations. The broadcast function is just the mechanisme to sent it out.
SDK / KUT
Or is this a standard SAP behavior for broadcasted reports that cannot be changed? See question 2 the broadcast is the tool to sent. Report changes are done in Business Analytics > Design Reports and only your own reports can be changed. In the standard reports you can of course create your own views
In chapter 7 of the guide there are some general information on what can and cannot be done with broadcasts/.
