screen.pngHello Experts, I am logged in as a Administrator in C4C tenant and now I want to download a WSDL for a webservice, but I dont see - Service Explorer - where the web services are usually are. suggestion?

Dear Abdul,

The Service Explorer Work center View - "ITS_SERVICE_EXPLORER" needs to be assigned for the corresponding business user, after which he could see this option for further usage

Thanks for your reply. I did assign the mentioned work center to the business user still this view is not visible.

could there be anyother config which could block it?

Hi Abdul,

It should work by assigning the work center view as above, could you try updating the access rights for this user and let us know further
