Hello Experts,
We are having Cisco Finesse CTI phone call integration with C4C application which is configured as External Provider for Live Activity configuration.
We also have a requirement for external chat integration (another vendor) with C4C application. Unfortunately it is possible to configurable only one external provider as part of Live Activity configuration.
Question is can we trigger the standard live activity customer identification popup from C4C without going through live activity configuration for the external provider details ? How can we configure different external provider for chat ?
