SAP C4C employee upload

Dear Expert,

I am unable to upload the employee in c4c system, Its possible to special characters ?

Example

Last name - V”geli

First name- Ruth

Ideally creation of employees with Quote(") in the name should be allowed. How exactly are you uploading them?

I am using templete uploading speardsheet. its taking first name,but its not a taking Last as special characters

Hi Keshav,

If you upload Employee Names with Special characters then it will shows as Junk characters after the upload.

If you really want to upload Employee Names with Special characters then you make sure that your csv file’s encoded with the same special characters, e.g. UTF-8.
