SAP C4C Doucument Flow Print Preview Error

When I tried to print preview any documents on the doucument flow tab I got below error.

SD document is not in the database or has been archived.

Can someone help to figure this out?

Hi,

In most cases, it is due to the fact that leading zeros to the order ID is missing. For more details pls check KBA https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2738688.

Further I always find https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2618160 a very useful KBA as it list all possible error and their fix for preint preview error in C4C with S4/ECC.

Alternatively, you can trace the payload being sent to S4/ECC in CPI and then use the same to simulate the print preview functionality by executing FM COD_LORD_GET_PRINT_PREVIEW at ERP/S4 side to debug the issue.
