SAP C4C: Disable Account creation in offline mode

Dear SAP C4C experts,

is it possible to disable Account creation in offline mode?
We would like to remove the possibility to create new accounts, but only in Offline mode. Visits, orders and other activities should keep on being created offline.

Also, editing Account is ok, only the creation should be forbidded.

Do you have any suggestion?

Hi Raj, thanks for the hint! Unfortunately, it's not possible to add a rule on the button "New":

We can only disable it for everyone.
