SAP C4C Custom field on item level integration

Hello experts,

I have created a custom field on C4C (upon item level) for the new Quote tab, to insert the Plant value. This quote will be later integrated with SAP CPQ, that will be the system responsible for the pricing and later integration of the Sales Order posting to the ERP backend.

The thing is, that I do not have this custom field available for integration on SAP CPI, and I do not find any service available on editing this field on C4C adaptataion mode, what I am missing here?

I have already checked all the integration scenarios available.

Hi,

The problem is you have added the field at the wrong node in Sales Quote. As per your snapshot, you have added to om "Sales Quote-Item Proposal" whereas you should add it at "Sales Quote - Item" as shown.

Once added then you would be able to see the services to be extended along with odata if you are using them.

I am sorry if it is a dumb question, but... Where can I change this context for my custom field?

I think the option for me is to create in this item proposal, because the details for the item would be seen on CPQ sales quote, once integration has complete.

I have not found this Sales Quote - Item context you mentioned.

You cannot change the context of a field once created. You need to create a new field by clicking the "Pencil" icon on the table under products tab as shown.
