SAP C4C. Cannot upload code list values

Hi!

Tried to upload code list values but recieved an error 'Upload failed since CSV file is in a wrong format'. Cannot understand why.

The file is .csv. The delimeter - comma. To make the mapping right I took the downloaded file.

I've attached the screens of errorscreen-21.jpg and the .csv filescreen-22.jpg.

What's wrong?

Here we can see the suggestion to use Chrome browser to upload the file and other pointers like special characters that should be avoided. If you are following all guidelines proposed here in the two KBAs and still face the error message, it would be good to create and incident.

PS: Take this opportunity to check you excel-add-in version - It can be outdated (and affect other scenarios, not this one specifically, but...).
