SAP C4C and Hybris Commerce Integration via Data hub

Dear Experts,

We would like to replicate Customer master (Both B2B and B2C) from C4C to Hybris Commerce via Data hub. Is this possible in OOTB to replicate customer from C4C to Hybris commerce via data hub?

Also please suggest whether we can implement SAP C4C with Hybris commerce without SAP cloud IDP for ASM?

Application to application replication is not supported out of the box with Data Hub 2.x
