SAP C4C and DocuSign Integration

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to integrate DocuSign with SAP C4C specifically in opportunity. I understand that there is already an add-on solution provided by SAP but it is only available for sales quotes.

Does anyone have already implemented a new custom solution with DocuSign?

Update: I was able to connect with DocuSign using REST webservice in my custom solution.

Hi,

In my understanding DocuSign can be used in quote and contract processes and currently not in opportunity processes. And can be shared with external parties (customers) to digitally sign documents.

For opportunity management you can use the approval processes set up with workflows in the C4C system with colleagues who have access. Alternatively there is also a approval process supported with mail integration. Where documents can be signed by mail.
