Hello Experts,
I am looking for solution advice on SAP C4C & Cisco finesse CTI applications.
Requirements:
Client has cisco finesse CTI solution implemented and planning to integrate with C4C application to capture phone calls, service queries and so on.
Question:
C4C provides an option to configure external provide widget URL so that incoming call can be transferred and customer identification is executed. As per admin guide, it says that external vendor has to provide widget URL so that it can be configured in C4C.
But what kind of widget has to be created and how should we configure URL in widget is not clearly stated.
Does anyone has experience with this integration or suggestion on how to proceed further ?
