SAP C4C Access

Hi, I am new to SAP so pardon if I may sound silly. I was trying to access SAP C4C, but couldn't find the page/portal to access it. I have seen some answers from past but most of links do not work. I get error that page is not found.

It would be great If you can help me understand the steps that I need to follow in order to use SAP C4C. Thanks.

Hi Badr,

Via the link you will find all kinds of guides from a functional point of view and a more administrators point of view. You could also consider to do training. When you google on sap cloud for customer learning journey, you will find a lot of information. I once started with C4H440 (former C4C10) SAP Cloud for Customer Administration training.

Thank you for responding, I am looking for the steps to follow in order to get started C4C. I would then want to build an application by embedding via URL.

Therefore, I am looking for some guidance to start my journey for C4C. Thanks.
