Can anyone point me to a site where I can download a SAP/C4 Sales, Service and Marketing guide? Version 1909 if possible.

You can navigate to help.sap.com and find out all the Guides like INtegration, Extensibility, Solution, Administration, Security etc etc.

If you are looking for a specific product then please check help.sap.com and just search and this hsould give you all the details.
