SAP Best practices around merging two different production tenants

Dear C4C Experts,

Currently we have two different C4C Production Tenants implemented per geographical areas of Americas and Europe. Both productive tenants has different integration points with SAP and non-SAP applications. Now we have a request to merge these 2 different productive tenants.

Is there a SAP best practice approach for these types of tenant merging requests. Any specific critical criteria or business decisions that needs to considered to perform this activity. If anyone in the community has ever performed such an activity, it would be great to hear the guiding principles & lessons learnt as part of this tenant merger activity.
