Dear all,
According this answer (https://answers.sap.com/questions/544863/do-we-require-any-b1-license-eg-indirect-access.html), do I need to have a SAP B1 profesional user for use with CCO only? or the same profesional user can work with SAP B1 too?
On the other hand. If I use the MS SQL database for use with CCO, do I need a MS SQL license for each POS? I don't think so beacause this DDBB is connected with SAP B1Integration scenarios. Is that right?.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Eduardo,
You can use the professional user that you are buying with CCO just as any regular B1 professional user, too. There are no limitations. It is really just a commercial requirement more than a technical requirement. BTW, since October 2020 you can also buy CCO with a Starter user , so no more need for a Professional user. Check the updated B1 price list!
As for the SQL license, each CCO terminal uses an Apache Derby database, so no need for SQL database nor licensing on that side. You do need SQL, HANA or Derby (not recommended for production use) for the CCO Manager, though. But you should be able to host that on the same server as your integration framework. I would guess that the usage of the SQL license under that circumstance would still have you covered (it's still a B1 installation and use), but if you want to be 100% sure I would recommend checking with your PBM.
Hope this helps.

Joerg.
