SAP B1 Starter pack license connected to SAP Customer Checkout

Hi Experts,

Are there any limitations with working with SAP Business One ERP with only a starter pack license connected to SAP Customer Checkout?

Hello Kevin,

Technically there is no limitation to integrating CCO with a B1 Starter license.

However, it is not currently possible to buy CCO in combination with B1 starter licenses. This is something that the commercial team at SAP is looking at and probably deciding on in the next couple of months. I suggest you submit your interest in this combination to your Channel Manager and have him run this request up to his managers so that the interest can be "heard" at the necessary levels that actually can make that decision.

Hello Kevin,

Apparently our prayers have been answered and the combination of CCO + B1 Starter is now already available. You can check the October 2020 Pricing and Licensing Guide for SAP Business One , where it is explained that you can now buy up to 5 users and terminals. The restriction is that that the total number of B1 Starter Users + CCO terminals cannot exceed 5.
