SAP B1 Client Install problem

We have a problem installing SAP B1 Client (10.250) on a new PC with Win 11. client does not want to start, aborts..

the new PC is visible in the domain, in the network and can access the server folder.

We get the following message:

ERROR: No matching issuer found

all old PCs communicate with the server (win 2016) and SAP without problems.

 There seems to be a problem with certificates, but we don't understand which one. maybe someone knows the problem
