Sales Quote - No Submit

When creating sales quote, the submit button immediately turn grey upon first save.

The system has integrated with ECC but only for retrieving price and ATP.
Document type - bidirectional but no replicate or follow up scenario is enabled.
Transfer Status - Not Started

Did anyone has similar experience that can guide me to check, so to keep Submit available and proceed with approval.

Hello teresacheuk,

Did you create the necessary communication arrangement to replicate the Sales Quote , because you have selected Bi-Directional which means replication is enabled and only when Communication arrangement is active, the submit button will be enabled

If you want only external pricing, then remove the value under "Replication" for the relevant document type and disable the field "Direct Customer Acceptance" for the relevant document type - then the submit action will ne available.
