Sales Org Determination for service orders

Hello CRM Experts

I am trying to create a standard service order SRVO in S4 CRM (Customer Management Add-on 2.0) and have done all the necessary configuration related to Sales and service org as per standard documentation. There are 2 problems facing

1) Sales Org is not determined though can select it from drop down. Respect in determination is checked for the org and the business partner country and region is as per the rule in standard org det.

2) Pricing error: sales org and cust. pricing procedure & Doc pric Proc not defined customizing. This is again defined in customizing. Note standard doc pric proc S1 was defined in customizing which was wrong (SAP error). This is change to S - Bill of service.
