Sales orders, quotes and returns integration from S4HANA on-premise to Marketing Cloud

Hello experts,

Has anyone ever needed to integrate sales orders, quotes and returns from S4HANA on-premise to Marketing Cloud?

The integration guide is very clear on sales order integration guide from S4 to Mkt but does not mention quotes or returns. I have set it up and it works fine for sales orders, only. How can I integrate other document types such as quotes and returns?

The SAP ECC integration works fine for orders, quotes and returns....but is there no standard flow for S4 integration?

I wonder if schneidert may have had this experience? By any means, would you know how to integrate sales quotes and returnes from S4HANA to Marketng cloud? There is no CPI flow for that. Also, only some types of sales orders are integrated (according to SD category configuration in S4), but I need all of them to work...was not able to find any filter for that. Tks a lot!!

Hi Luis,

I'm sorry, didn't came across that scenario yet and also only replicated sales orders from S/4. I would have to have a deeper look into that topic. Maybe someone from SAP has an explanation for that. I will come back to you if I found any solution.

Hi Luis,

indeed we have only a standard iflow for Sales Order, but not for Quotes and returns, lacking the corresponding SOA-services this time when we implemented the integration and published it in release 1908 and 1911.

However you can easily use IDOCs for quotes and returns, which are available from the ECC, and apply the same approach as in the named integration package from ECC into Marketing Cloud.
