Sales Order replication issue in SAP C4C and SAP ECC

Hi,

We are replicating sales orders created in C4C to ECC. It has created a sales order. Now if we edit the order in ECC and save it, it is creating a new document in SAP C4C. I am not sure why this is happening. Please suggest how to fix this.

Regards,

Indra

Hi Indra,

do you see sales order external ID updated in C4C after replicating it from C4C->ECC?

Hi Sharad,

There is no external ID getting generated for the one that is replicated from C4C to ECC.

Hi Indra,

Could you please check why external ID is not updated in C4C? Ideally, ERP should send complete sales order back to C4C with external ID once it is replicated successfully to ERP.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, I suggest please create an incident to LOD-CRM-INT-ERP.

Hi Sharad.

I´ve configured correc CA, Iflow and IDOC to replicate sales order fro c4C to ERP, but i´m no getting into C4C the external ID for that sales order. Do you know wich Comunication arrangement and Iflow do i have to set to achive this? or what i have to do?

Hi Angel,

First, you need to enable sales order replication from ERP to C4C by running connectivity report in ERP and scoping relevant question in C4C.
Afterward configure CA "Sales Order Replication from SAP Business Suite" and iflow "Replicate Sales Order and Sales Quote from SAP Business Suite" which will replicate sales order from ERP to C4C.

Hi Sharad.

It´s done, we´re set all of this CA and a Iflows, but still not getting any extarnal ID back to C4C. I think is something related to COD1 message into ERP isn´t it?

Hi Angel,

SO is replicated via COD4 from ERP->C4C.

Sharad, thank for your response.

And if ´m replicating SO from C4C to ERP, but i just want the external ID back from ERP to C4C, is this COD4 the same i have to configure?

Hi Angel,

Whenever you replicate SO from C4C to ERP then ERP sends complete sales order from ERP to C4C with external ID to C4C.This happened because ERP is always leading system when comparing with C4C.

hence for sending SO from ERP to C4C, we need to have COD4 in ERP system.

Please feel free to comment if you need more info.

Thank you so much Sharad for your answers.

I´ve enabled into C4C relevant scoping questions to replicate SO from ERP to C4C and from C4C to ERP, configured CA "Sales Order Replication to SAP Business Suite" and "Sales Order Replication from SAP Business Suite", iflows "Replicate Sales Order and Sales Quote from SAP Business Suite" and "Replicate Sales Order and Sales Quote to SAP Business Suite", and also have set COD4 into ERP. But still i´m not getting any external ID. Is this external ID automatically sent out from ERP to C4C when the sales order is sent out from C4C and created into ERP?

Another question is what do yo mean "running connectivity report in ERP"?

Best regards.

Hi Angel,

Yes , ERP ->C4C sale order idoc should trigger automatically when you send sales order from C4C to ERP . Can you confirm if this SO idoc got triggered from ERP and reaches successfully till C4C?
