If the Sales Order has batch item rows, it cannot be closed and there is no relationship with POS Receipt at SAP. If the SO has even one row of batch item, there is relationship with POS Receipt but SO is still open and only close the non-batch item rows.
My client sell the customized furniture, sofa and other living materials at their retail stores. Therefore Customers will order customized mostly at store. That's why it is the major challenge to close Sale Order manually.
Please give a suggestion how B1 Sales Order paid in SAP Customer Checkout can be closed in a non-manual way.
