I use an 'old' laptop for demonstration purposes. When fetching a sales order or other documents at CCO I get the error "Sales order loading timed out". Please enter dales order information manually.
Is it possible to increase the time out value? I changed the connection timeout value at CCO integration settings but it does not make a difference
Request clarification before answering.
