sales order approval notification is Not available in user launchpad

Dear Sap,

We have noticed that whenever there is a credit limit for approval sent from a sales order, there is no notification showing on our Launchpad. But for purchase order and outgoing payment approval there is.

Pls check what is missing on our steps in order to display such notification.
