Hi, I noticed today in my system that when I set a 'main' Contact to Obsolete status, the Contact disappears from the Account > Contacts tab/view, however, the Relationship still remains i.e. 'Is Contact For'
Therefore, within the Account header, I still see Main Contact = Obsolete Contact....why is this?
Why doesn't the relationship between Account & Contact also get removed?

Hi Ben,
This behavior could be due to the fact that integration to the external system is activated for Business Partner and when you update a customer in C4C, that update is replicated in the external system but the contact is not updated and when you return to the C4C, the contact is obsolete.
I recommend you that verify if the Customer is update in the external system with the relation contact.
