Sales Cloud (C4C) Internal Sales Order Replication to non-SAP system

Dear experts,

I want to know if it is possible to replicate C4C internal Sales Orders to a non-SAP system using PDI(web services)??? If possible, HCI is mandatory or not??

Hello David,

As long as your non-SAP system provides API/SOAP Webservice, its possible to replicate sales order directly from C4C via Cloud Application Studio without middleware, but its highly recommended to use CPI, because of its added advantage in system logs, payload transparency, alerts etc, also it supports file transfer(SFTP).
